How do I take part in a webinar?

Search for webinars online or Contact Us for assistance. After purchasing a webinar, your receipt will contain a link to the webinar site along with an access code. Connect to the special webinar website shown on your receipt and then connect to the audio feed following the online instructions using either a call in number (telephone) or by using VOIP (streaming audio which requires speakers and microphone or a headset). Our webinars are provided by subject matter experts in the US and Australia and may be delivered from outside your home country. Note that calls outside your home country will be charged at rates stipulated by your phone network supplier and are outside the control of EngineeringCPD.com. You must have a computer with a high speed internet connection (DSL or cable) and a telephone in order to attend a webinar. For your comfort, it is suggested that you use a speakerphone or headset when attending the webinar.

If you have misplaced the purchase receipt showing the login information, just go to the My Account page and select My Courses to find a link to the webinar access information.
